Senior🎓
Top SchoolRahul Gaur is a founder and seasoned engineering leader with 14 years of experience building web, mobile and AI-driven systems from early-stage engineering to director-level leadership. After a decade-plus career at Innovaccer leading web and mobile platforms and engineering teams, he launched Lithrim to solve a niche but critical problem: automated release control for healthcare voice AI that evaluates live patient conversations and enforces Ship/Harden/Block gates for regulated deployments. He combines hands-on product engineering with operational rigor—shipping measurable quality controls for models that can silently degrade in production. Based in Abu Dhabi, he brings practical experience in regulated healthcare settings and a track record of scaling teams and platforms. Rare for a founder, he focuses on observability of real conversations rather than synthetic tests, turning failure patterns into actionable release policies.
