Top SchoolRahul Khairwar is an Engineering Manager based in Singapore with a decade of experience building and leading backend systems across fintech and enterprise SaaS. He moved up from hands-on roles to managing teams at Kredivo, where he led an 11-person team to build a cross-region transaction stack that cut integration time in half and helped scale transaction volume 4x through partnerships with Oppo and Lazada. Known for pragmatic system design, Rahul has created reusable tooling like a Go error library and a SQL transaction management solution that became core to company services. He blends deep technical ownership with stakeholder-facing delivery—driving fraud reduction through rule-based approvals and orchestrating lender and payment integrations.
