Senior🎓
Top SchoolRahul Kumar is a Senior Software Engineer 2 based in Bengaluru with 12 years in the industry and 8 years focused on fintech and distributed backend systems. He has led teams of 6–8 engineers and owned architecture for high-throughput transaction platforms that handled over 600K+ daily orders and launched a 0→1 Mutual Funds product. Comfortable across microservices, queues, Redis caching and cloud deployments, he has a track record of improving latency, reducing bundle sizes, and shipping production systems from prototype to scale. Prior work includes building a queue-based screenshot-to-GIF service and an Android app with 10k+ downloads, showing both backend depth and product-minded engineering. Active on GitHub and StackOverflow, Rahul blends hands-on coding with architecture leadership and a bias for pragmatic, measurable performance improvements.
