Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaimana Herrmann is an IT engineer in San Francisco with 12 years of hands-on experience turning operational friction into scalable systems and happier teams. He’s repeatedly led ISO 27001 efforts, migrated IdPs with zero downtime, and built automation like a Python onboarding/offboarding app that cut manual work by 87%, demonstrating both security rigor and practical engineering. Comfortable across helpdesk, IAM, DevOps, and on-prem/cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform), he excels at balancing access control and business needs during high-stakes transitions such as business unit sales and data center relocations. Colleagues describe him as empathetic and systematic—pairing active listening with analytics to find root causes—and he’s known for mentoring peers while stabilizing processes after team departures. Outside work he’s equally methodical about enjoying Bay Wheels rides, video games, and Safeway brownies, a small detail that underscores a pragmatic, human-centered approach to technology.
