Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRaimo Tuisku is a seasoned software engineer and founder with 13 years of experience building scalable observability and productivity systems from early-stage startups to large platforms in the Bay Area. He led observability efforts at X/Twitter—rebuilding a team and migrating fleet-wide distributed logging to an in-house OSS solution—and has repeatedly bridged hands-on engineering with technical leadership. As Co-Founder and CTO at Arcall AI and now at a stealth AI startup, he focuses on voice-first communication and automating menial workflows to free human time for higher-value work. Trained as an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Aalto University, Raimo pairs deep backend and full-stack experience with a long-standing curiosity for technology that began at age nine, a trait that fuels both product imagination and pragmatic execution.
