👤
SeniorRaimond Kempees is a pragmatic technology founder and managing director with 13 years of hands-on experience delivering complex enterprise software and leading cross-functional teams. As co-founder of arcast and Parito and former senior technology leader at Content Bloom and Ahold Delhaize, he bridges product, implementation, and organizational strategy to drive fast-paced, high-profile projects. He’s worked across nearly every modern enterprise development platform, giving him a rare full-lifecycle perspective from architecture to delivery and stakeholder engagement. Colleagues know him for getting things done with optimism and a knack for simplifying complexity into practical, auditable solutions. Based in The Hague, he blends entrepreneurial drive with deep consulting and platform experience, often stepping into both technical lead and business-facing roles. An uncommonly broad background—spanning hands-on implementation, solution ownership, and company building—lets him translate customer needs into scalable engineering outcomes.
