Top SchoolRaj Abishek is a product-focused technologist and co-founder with 11 years of experience building user-centered digital products and startups from Chennai. As Co-Founder of Bloom, he combines product, design and engineering to automate job search workflows with AI, turning complex discovery and application pipelines into daily, measurable outcomes. Previously he led product strategy and UX at Ideas2IT and established PM/UX functions at PipeCandy, bringing a pragmatic blend of business strategy, hands-on design and engineering. Comfortable doing roles that “don’t fit traditional JDs,” he excels at moving the flywheel—bridging discovery, design and delivery to solve high-risk, high-return problems. Equally at home sketching interfaces or shipping code, he’s driven by building practical automation that amplifies human outcomes.
