Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaj P is a Nielsen Norman Group–certified Senior UX Designer and Researcher with eight years focused on public-sector digital services and a broader 20+ year background in web development. Based in Victoria, BC, he designs and researches user-centric interfaces for complex government systems—from wildfire predictive services to archaeological site mapping and mine management modernization—bridging field workflows and desktop tools. Comfortable with stakeholder engagement and end-to-end delivery, he blends UX research, interaction design, and front-end technical know-how (Drupal, prototyping, GIS-informed IA). He also runs a small agency, bringing pragmatic product-minded engineering to government projects, and his geomatics training gives him an uncommon strength in spatial data and map-driven UX.
