Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaj Suvariya is a software engineer with a decade of experience designing and operating large-scale backend and infra systems across fintech, ad-tech, e-commerce, and payments. At Stripe he builds control-plane automation and RelDB resilience—leading upgrades of 650+ Aurora clusters and shrinking heartbeat processing from seconds to milliseconds—while earlier at Flipkart he scaled India’s largest in‑prem MySQL fleet and delivered a managed TiDB platform that hit adoption targets two years early. He brings deep system-design chops (etcd lease refactors, reconciler patterns, custom k8s-like control planes) and hands-on Go and Java engineering for production-critical services. Raj also has a strong mobile and SDK pedigree—driving InMobi’s Ads SDK reliability to 99.99996% and shipping cross-platform plugins—which gives him a rare full-stack-to-infra perspective. Recognized with multiple company awards and a 4.9⭐ mentoring record, he combines operator-first thinking with a passion for automating scale and mentoring engineers. A practical problem-solver, he often focuses on minimizing operational blast radius and hidden costs (e.g., avoiding forced-upgrade impact) while simplifying complex cloud operations.
