Top SchoolRaja Biswas is a Senior Deep Learning Data Scientist based in Singapore with 7 years of experience building and shipping production AI, currently applying LLM R&D at NVIDIA after hands-on R&D roles focused on turning large language models into practical end-user products. He combines a PhD in Computational Mechanics with deep expertise in NLP—text classification, NER, QA, information extraction and NLG—and a strong track record in productionizing models using MLOps and Azure. Raja has delivered cross-functional solutions across industries from finance (OCBC) to materials and circular plastics (Evonik), including knowledge-graph pipelines and automated IE systems. Notably, his background in computational homogenization and parallelized simulation gives him a unique systems-level perspective on model efficiency and engineering trade-offs. Active on GitHub and Kaggle, he blends research rigor with product-driven development to move models from prototype to reliable deployment.
