Top SchoolRajan G is a Senior Technical Manager with a decade of hands-on experience building full-stack systems across Java/J2EE, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-native services. He has progressed from team lead and technical lead roles to engineering and solutions architecture positions, most recently leading technical initiatives at EdgeVerve after managing engineering teams at Stats Perform. Rajan blends deep backend expertise (Kafka, Spring, AWS Lambda, MongoDB) with front-end fluency (React, Angular, Vue, Ionic), enabling him to own end-to-end delivery and mentor cross-functional teams. He favors pragmatic problem-solving—believing evolving tech shouldn't obscure core engineering fundamentals—and applies that mindset to drive measurable business outcomes. Based in Chennai, he pairs a Master’s in Computer Applications with a track record of shipping production-grade systems in telecom, media, and enterprise software domains. Colleagues would note his rare combination of broad-stack familiarity and a purposeful approach to using software for greater impact.
