Top SchoolRajat Hans is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 11 years of experience building backend-first products and vertical AI infrastructure for the fitness and wellness sector. As Co-founder and CTO at Kenko AI and formerly at Bookee, he combines hands-on system design with growth-focused product thinking to deliver marketing and studio-management platforms that scale. He cut his teeth building Shiprocket’s backend from the ground up, mentoring teams and establishing production-ready practices early in his career. Based in Bengaluru, he blends deep practical engineering know-how with an entrepreneur’s sense for market fit, uniquely positioning him to turn fitness domain data into actionable AI products. Colleagues note his knack for simplifying complex backends into reliable, developer-friendly systems—an atypical strength for a CTO who still ships code.
