Top SchoolRajesh Pillai is a founder and engineering leader with 11+ years building scalable web and enterprise products from Mumbai, India, who pairs hands-on architecture with team-building and technical education. As Founder & MD of Algorisys and former principal architect roles, he has designed low-code platforms, microservices architectures, and high-throughput eCommerce and banking systems while leading product initiatives that include AI-powered project management, skill-assessment platforms, and data visualization tools. He repeatedly scales engineering capability—mentoring teams in React, Node.js, Elixir, and microservices, and creating advanced courses that have reached thousands of learners. Rajesh’s background spans legacy system modernization to building custom frameworks (including a ReactJS-like library and Express-like internals) which underscores his appetite for deep technical experiments; his public code is often intentionally experimental to prove concepts quickly. Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, architecture, and training, he blends pragmatic prototyping with long-term engineering strategy.
