Top SchoolRajin Sharwar is a WordPress-focused Technical Support Engineer and founder with five years of professional experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting WP platforms and products. He founded LaunchWP and has held senior support and engineering roles at BuddyBoss, rtCamp, and Datawest, where he led multisite optimization, version control, and mentorship initiatives. Rajin blends hands-on plugin and platform development with customer-facing support—comfortable shipping code and solving production incidents. Based in Cornwall, Ontario, he’s passionate about automation (eyeing opportunities at Automattic) and runs solo projects that reflect a pragmatic, reuse-focused approach to PHP and JS solutions. Outside work he’s refreshingly candid about preferring backend systems over front-end polish, and sustains creativity (and stamina) with a serious love of good food.
