Top SchoolRajitha Wijayaratne is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems and a background stretching back to embedded and real-time communications. As Managing Partner at Inkton he architected and delivered Nest, a .NET-based PaaS that blends lightweight Linux micro-containers, Docker-compose staging, NGINX with a custom C plugin, and elastic wake/sleep container scaling to simplify global app hosting. His career includes high-assurance work in C++/C# for geospatial emergency systems, histology instrumentation, and broadcast video SDKs, showing a rare mix of domain diversity and systems-level engineering. He combines hands-on implementation (from low-level plugins to AngularJS/D3 monitoring UIs) with product-minded platform design, and favors practical innovations that reduce developer friction and hosting costs. Based in Sydney and holding an MEng in Open Systems, he’s driven by making cloud hosting simpler and more efficient for developers and enterprises.
