Top SchoolRajiv Kurian is a performance and micro-architecture specialist with 12 years of experience designing hardware-software co‑design solutions for high-performance systems. He has led system performance and custom-accelerator work at Tesla (including Dojo) and optimized hardware acceleration and SoC bringup for autonomous driving at Waymo. Rajiv has a strong track record improving throughput and memory efficiency across complex stacks—previously delivering order-of-magnitude gains in time-series processing and distributed systems at SignalFx. Based in Redwood City, he combines first-principles analysis with hands-on implementation, from microarchitecture and vectorized motion-planning code to end-to-end hardware characterization. Colleagues rely on him to translate low-level bottlenecks into practical architecture and software changes that move systems into production.
