Top SchoolRajiv Singh is a Lead Mobile Developer with 12 years of industry experience and over 9 years focused on mobile apps across native and cross-platform stacks. He has led teams and built products end-to-end—from consumer apps and SDKs that reached 200M+ devices at Visa to founding Taggle where he engineered the full backend, design system, merchant portal and Flutter apps. Rajiv combines deep Android expertise with cross-platform fluency (Flutter, React Native wrappers, and Appium test automation) and experience in secure communications and payments. He’s shipped high-scale telecom and fintech apps in MENA, improving app ratings and engagement while standing up CI/CD, QA automation, and developer-facing docs. A practical polyglot, he pairs hands-on coding (Java/Kotlin/Swift/Dart/Python) with product-minded leadership and has built internal AI-assisted support tools to speed integrations. Based in Dubai, he’s equally comfortable steering architecture for enterprise clients and rolling up his sleeves to deliver polished mobile experiences.
