Senior🎓
Top SchoolRajshree Rai is a backend-focused software engineer with nine years of experience building event-driven, cloud-native enterprise systems using Java, Spring Boot, Micronaut, Kafka, Kubernetes and GraphQL. She has a strong track record in renewable energy and fintech domains, including a 62% reduction in trade processing time after migrating a backend from Ethereum to Solana and robust implementations of distributed workflows with Netflix Conductor. Comfortable across databases (Oracle, MongoDB) and CI/CD, she combines pragmatic engineering—E2E testing, CVE fixes, Redis locking—with limited React frontend skills and an appetite for problem-solving. Currently researching safe unlearning and task-vector model edits on foundation models at Åbo Akademi, she brings both production-hardened systems experience and emerging ML research insight. Based in Kathmandu and studying for an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, Rajshree bridges applied engineering and academic inquiry to tackle real-world, high-scale problems.
