Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolRalf Kap is an experienced IT manager and strategic advisor with 10+ years in technology and client-facing roles across Microsoft, Citrix, Atos and consulting firms, now operating independently from Germany. He blends deep enterprise sales and account management expertise—especially in financial services and compliance—with hands-on coaching and interim leadership to drive digital transformation and risk-aware IT programs. Known for developing high-performing teams and repeatable go-to-market motions, he has repeatedly overachieved targets and built long-term corporate relationships. As a former National IT-Compliance Officer at Microsoft Deutschland (per his GitHub bio) he brings rare cross-cutting strength in compliance, change management and stakeholder communications. Quietly curious, he also combines a background in sports pedagogy with certified coaching training, applying coaching techniques to sustain performance and cultural change.
