Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRalph Meier is a Staff Software Engineer based in Zurich with 15 years of experience helping engineering teams deliver higher-quality outcomes through technical leadership, hands-on problem solving, and strategic enablement. At Livingdocs AG he focuses on removing systemic friction—across technology, process, and communication—while coaching engineers, defining standards, and building internal tools that reduce operational toil. He specializes in automating quality gates, modernizing legacy systems, and reintegrating fragmented solutions into maintainable architectures. Ralph holds a Master in Software Engineering with a focus on semantic search and brings a rare combination of civil engineering roots and software craftsmanship that helps him see both structural and technical constraints. Quietly pragmatic, he measures success by raised team velocity and reduced risk rather than by headlines.
