Senior🎓
Top SchoolRalph Pina is a senior staff software engineer with 13 years focused on mobile engineering, primarily Android, who now shapes technical direction and native app strategy for StubHub and Affirm. He designs cross-platform architectures and delivery pipelines that let teams ship faster and safer—introducing Kotlin, modularization, linters, automated cadences, and CI gating across Android and iOS. At Affirm he led rewards and localization efforts, migrating legacy incentives and defining non-functional requirements for multi-team launches. Known for blending hands-on implementation with engineering productivity improvements, he pairs platform-specific polish with pragmatic exploration of shared business logic (e.g., Kotlin Native). Based in Saint Petersburg, FL, he brings a background in international business to coordinating multi-region launches and cross-discipline collaboration.
