Senior🎓
Top SchoolRam S is a seasoned technology leader and managing director who has spent over two decades architecting and delivering mission-critical financial services platforms, now leading RBC Clear as Chief Architect. He combines deep domain expertise in payments, deposits, cash and treasury management with hands-on technical experience across cloud-first architectures, data pipelines, and orchestration layers that underpin proprietary platform IP. Known for translating ambiguous, politically charged problems into pragmatic roadmaps, he has repeatedly accelerated time-to-market—most recently delivering an award-winning cash management platform in 12 months. A trusted advisor to CEOs and COOs, he routinely presents at the C-suite and represents the firm in industry and government modernization initiatives. He also has a history of creating engineering teams and practical automation tools earlier in his career, reflecting a blend of low-level technical craft and strategic leadership. Based in Jersey City, Ram pairs rigorous technical judgment with a knack for vendor negotiation and cross-functional influence that drives measurable business outcomes.
