Top SchoolRamanpreet Khinda is a Staff Software Engineer and tech lead who architects mobile SDKs, on-device AI platforms, and privacy systems used by over a billion people daily. He designs high-leverage platform direction and tradeoffs—bringing ML inference to phones via a production ad SDK at LinkedIn while mentoring the next generation of engineers. His prior work at Google, Snap, and Samsung includes Firebase Performance pipelines announced at Google I/O, a 10× build-time optimization, and Snap Kit’s React Native SDK with 138k+ npm downloads. Ramanpreet combines deep mobile-scale engineering with standards and research impact as an IEEE Senior Member, IEEE P1912 working group contributor, and peer reviewer for top conferences and journals. He’s a frequent keynote speaker on privacy-first mobile architecture and on-device AI, and unusually for a staff-level architect, he started his career building peer-to-peer mesh networking used in real-world crises. Based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area, he’s open to roles requiring mobile platform architecture, on-device AI infrastructure, or privacy-engineering leadership.
