Senior🎓
Top SchoolRamkumar Sankar is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder with nine years of senior leadership experience and a decades-long engineering career focused on datacenter, high-availability systems, and public cloud. He has led product and go-to-market efforts at scale—shaping Avi Networks for acquisition and serving as a Senior Director at VMware—while earlier driving platform engineering across Cisco’s Nexus family and IoT initiatives. Comfortable switching between hands-on technical delivery and strategic leadership, he has deep expertise in networking, routing, security, and large-scale distributed systems. Based in Bengaluru, he combines startup grit with enterprise rigor, now channeling that background into building security-focused infrastructure at Andromeda Security. A less obvious strength is his breadth across both silicon-to-software networking stacks and cloud-native application delivery, enabling pragmatic architecture decisions that bridge legacy datacenter constraints and modern cloud operations.
