Senior🎓
Top SchoolRamon Blanquer is a Full Stack Engineer with 12 years of experience building scalable SaaS, VFX and government-grade systems from rapid MVPs to high-availability APIs. He combines backend expertise in Python and Go with frontend skills in Angular/React and real-time/video systems (WebRTC, Janus), and has shipped tools used on major productions like Disney’s The Lion King. Ramon has led migrations to monorepos, designed SSO and RBAC workflows for banks and governments, and cut AWS costs by 30% through observability-driven engineering. Comfortable in both lean startups and larger teams, he writes CI/CD, Helm charts and Kubernetes workflows to keep deployments safe and fast. Unusually for an engineer, he also builds live visual effects and shaders—bringing a creative, graphics-driven perspective to performance-critical applications. Based in Barcelona, he pairs strong communication and trust-building with a talent for choosing the right tool for each problem.
