Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRamón Lobillo is a Principal Software Quality Engineer with 15+ years designing, integrating and assuring complex telecom and cloud-native systems, currently focusing on OpenShift Virtualization at Red Hat. He blends deep field experience—on-site customer integration, incident leadership and product support—with automation expertise in Ansible, Golang and Python to replicate real customer scenarios across OpenShift, OpenStack, Ceph and RHEL. His background leading cross-functional teams and CI/CD-driven delivery in Ericsson and IDEMIA informs a pragmatic approach to test planning, tooling and quality gates. Ramón pairs technical hands-on work (integration, debugging and framework development) with an Executive MBA mindset for aligning engineering outcomes to business value. He’s comfortable bridging R&D and customers, having led emergency network recoveries and large-scale rollouts, and often hunts for subtle interoperability bugs that only appear in real deployments. Based in Spain, he is an OpenShift-on-OpenStack specialist who brings both lab-proven solutions and production-hardened judgment.
