Top SchoolRamona Ticau is a Test Automation Engineer based in Aigle, Switzerland with nine years of experience in software development and test automation within large telecom organizations. She has a strong hands-on background building Robot Framework libraries and metric automation dashboards using Python, Java, MySQL and Power BI, and a track record of moving between individual contributor and delivery-focused leadership roles such as Scrum Master and Product Owner. Her decade-plus tenure at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent spans low-level telecom C++ systems through Java network design tools to modern test automation, giving her rare end-to-end insight into both legacy platforms and current automation practices. Comfortable coaching teams and shipping tooling, she blends engineering depth with agile delivery skills and a pragmatic focus on measurable quality improvements. An early-career C++ and telecom systems developer, she still leverages deep platform knowledge when architecting test solutions for complex distributed systems.
