Top SchoolRamses Vidor is a seasoned Blockchain Engineer with over 20 years in software and a decade focused on blockchain, cryptography, and secure payment systems. He has designed and led large-scale cryptocurrency payment gateways and mining operations, integrating exchanges and e-commerce platforms while owning architecture, DevOps/DevSecOps, and regulatory compliance. Ramses blends functional Scala expertise (Akka, Cats Effect) with pragmatic security work—auditing smart contracts, performing vulnerability assessments, and shaping secure blockchain architectures for enterprises like XP Inc. and IOHK. He has a strong track record of scaling distributed systems (Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes/Fargate) and mentoring teams, and quietly built one of Latin America’s largest mining rigs at Versates. Based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, he pairs deep engineering chops with entrepreneurial instincts that turn experimental blockchain ideas into production-ready, compliant systems.
