Top SchoolRamy Allam is a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer with over 10 years of experience building and operating large-scale infrastructure and developer platforms. Currently at Kinsta, he owns application and database hosting initiatives, leads site monitoring for thousands of websites, and has driven major wins like a deployment system that improved reliability and speed by 95% and memory optimizations that freed 4.3 TB of RAM. His background spans SysOps, SRE, and CTO-level leadership, with deep hands-on expertise in automation (Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Kubernetes), and production coding in Python, Bash and Go. He’s delivered dozens of migrations, high-availability systems, and security-hardening projects across hosting and data-center environments, often translating operational needs into scalable serverless and microservice solutions. Colleagues rely on him for architecture reviews, cross-team automation, and pragmatic tooling—he’s one of those engineers who shifts both code and culture. Based in Egypt, he balances a lifelong passion for computers with the perspective of a parent, which shows in his collaborative, long-term approach to system reliability.
