Senior🎓
Top SchoolRandi Egan is a senior software engineer with eight years of experience specializing in front-end development while routinely owning end-to-end features that span UI, Go backends, and auth integrations. She led a React/TypeScript UI team at a Kubernetes-focused startup (acquired by Qualcomm), built accessible component libraries, and implemented CI-backed Jest testing and Keycloak OIDC for secure auth. Prior work at DISH includes shipping Android UI refactors and developer tooling in Kotlin, reflecting a pragmatic blend of product-facing UX work and platform-level engineering. Randi prefers small, communicative teams, mentors junior engineers, and often bridges design and platform teams to simplify complex infrastructure for users. Outside of engineering she bakes bread and plays hockey, a hint at her patient, process-driven approach and team-oriented competitive streak.
