Top SchoolRandy Findley is a Principal Software Engineer and two-time founder with 13+ years of experience building scalable, product-focused systems for startups and major companies like Square, The Washington Post, and AccuWeather. He combines hands-on full‑stack engineering and architecture with proven CTO instincts—taking HIPAA-compliant telehealth and a #1 marine weather app from idea to acquisition. At The Washington Post he led efforts on Arc Publishing and live broadcast tooling, and at Cash App he progressed from Staff to Principal engineering roles driving large-scale financial products. Randy excels at iterating to product-market fit, standing up pilot programs with enterprise partners, and scaling platforms to millions of users. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, blending rigorous engineering discipline with entrepreneurial grit. Less obvious: he routinely bridges product, operations, and business development, turning early technical prototypes into commercially viable, sold products.
