SeniorRandy Oest is a UX/UI designer and owner of Amazing Rando with 12 years of experience crafting approachable, human-centered web experiences and digital strategy from Pittsburgh. He blends hands-on front-end development and design system leadership—most notably guiding Emulsify’s growth within the Drupal community—with creative direction roles that rebuilt and scaled teams at Four Kitchens. Randy has a track record of turning complex interfaces into intuitive, delightful interactions and has shipped both agency and product work while mentoring designers into full-stack practitioners.
