Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRandy Quindai is a technology leader and CIO with 11 years of experience who specializes in bridging scientific research and industry to turn innovative ideas into revenue-generating products. Currently leading digital transformation at Ny Research and running R&D initiatives at Orion, he combines MLOps, cloud infrastructure and data engineering to elevate organizations to maturity level 5 in IT. He has a track record of building P&D departments with agile methodologies (Lean Inception), implementing data pipelines and ML deployment practices that reduced time-to-deploy and increased model reliability. As founder of Qquant and former SRE at a New York–remote startup, he pairs hands-on engineering (Python, Django, React, Postgres, AWS, MLflow) with strategic leadership that helped clients secure seven-figure investments. Based in Alagoas, Brazil, he also brings academic depth from a master’s in informatics and a history of accelerating research throughput for scientists—a blend of applied research and production-grade delivery that few CIOs demonstrate.
