Senior🎓
Top SchoolRandy Stafford is a seasoned enterprise application architect and product leader with nearly four decades of software development experience, most recently guiding Oracle Coherence as Product Manager and earlier shaping its architecture and adoption. He excels at distilling complex, high-scale production problems into pragmatic, high-value solutions and has moved from hands-on engineering to senior technical leadership across startups, large enterprises, and service providers. Randy has a track record of shipping enduring systems—such as SaaS platforms and in-memory data grid features like HotCache—and contributing open-source integrations (Coherence–Hibernate) that eased real-world adoption. He combines deep systems engineering, performance tuning, and process modeling expertise with practiced product judgment, advising Fortune 500 customers and serving on technical advisory boards. Based in Denver, he remains available for Coherence consulting and brings the uncommon perspective of someone who has been both the principal architect and the product steward for market-defining infrastructure.
