Top SchoolRandy Tellez is a founder and senior frontend engineer with 9–15 years of experience building high-performance, scalable web applications and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. He specializes in React, TypeScript, and the Vue/Nuxt ecosystem, and has a track record of delivering measurable wins such as 10x performance gains, drastic payload reductions, and up to 20x improvements in development velocity. Randy combines hands-on coding with system design and product thinking—designing RBAC, feature flags, event-driven workflows, reusable SDKs, and design systems from concept to production. He mentors teams and standardizes engineering practices, introducing zero-downtime deploys, Cypress testing, and CI/CD improvements. Currently he’s building Merkaly, an inventory-first SaaS that embeds AI-assisted workflows and automation into core operations. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he pairs pragmatic architecture with a user-centered focus and a penchant for reusability that often surfaces in shipping SDKs and component systems.
