Top SchoolRaoul Meroni is an Innovation Manager and product-focused UX leader based in Milan with over a decade of experience in front-end development, web design, and digital product management. He began his career after a regional scholarship in Web Design and has shipped interfaces and email campaigns for companies like YOOX and ContactLab before founding several studios and startups. Raoul blends hands-on HTML/CSS expertise and visual design instincts with strategic product work as Senior Product Manager and co-founder roles, notably at grocymarket. His background in running agencies gives him a holistic view of projects from concept to delivery, including UX, graphic design, and project management. He stays deeply engaged with evolving web design trends while translating them into practical, business-driven solutions. An often overlooked strength is his consistent ability to pivot between creative studio work and structured product organizations, making him effective across both early-stage ventures and established companies.
