Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaphael Canguçu is a senior software engineer and founder with 15+ years building scalable web and mobile platforms, currently focused on advising software at Civitas Learning and previously leading Codificar’s transformation from services to six white-label SaaS products. He combines hands-on backend expertise in Laravel, Symfony and PostgreSQL with React Native front-end work, and has shipped mission-critical features alone—internal messaging, SFTP syncs, tutoring and checklist modules—demonstrating strong end-to-end delivery. As CTO of Hey Entregas he solved complex marketplace and ERP integrations to scale a logistics platform to 50,000+ monthly deliveries, and as CEO grew company revenue 3x while leading sales and marketing. Raphael’s background in e-learning, ride-sharing and crypto casino systems gives him a rare mix of product, growth and technical breadth across B2B and consumer domains. Located in Minas Gerais, Brazil, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with a habit of building practical developer tooling (onboarding scripts and utility libraries) that accelerate team productivity.
