Top SchoolRaphael Cuba is a product-focused engineering leader with 11 years building full-stack and distributed systems across startups and large marketplaces, now leading an internal developer platform for 3,000+ engineers at Grupo Boticário. He combines hands-on expertise in Ruby, Python, Java/TypeScript and mobile platforms with a track record of driving recommendation systems and high-impact product improvements (e.g., systems that drove ~30% of OLX conversions and drastic customer pain reductions). As a founder of an e-learning product management school with 3k+ students and strong content reach, he blends technical depth with product and business acumen to scale teams and learning experiences.
