Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaphael Mazelier is a seasoned Tech Lead / Staff SRE with over 20 years designing and operating large-scale systems across French tech, media and telecoms. He combines hands-on Unix/Linux system and network engineering with leadership experience rebuilding SRE teams, driving GitOps, and shifting architectures to cloud-native and observability-focused platforms. Comfortable at both high-level design and low-level implementation, he has led teams up to 14 people and delivered large projects like hybrid cloud DRP, a 400Gbit/s video CDN, and automated multi-POP networks. A broad-minded generalist, he pairs deep knowledge of DevOps/SRE tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC), data engineering stacks (Kafka, Spark, Cassandra) and web languages (Go, Python, Node.js) with a people-first management style. Based near Paris, he stays hands-on—“senior IT guy hacking from time to time”—and actively participates in hiring and team culture transformation.
