Top SchoolRaphael Ugwu is a Senior Technical Writer with 9 years of experience helping SaaS and fintech teams improve developer and customer experiences through clear, actionable documentation and hands-on API support. He blends an engineering background in electrical and electronics with practical developer advocacy—writing API docs, building SDK guides, testing endpoints, and producing tutorial videos that speed onboarding and reduce support tickets. Raphael has driven measurable impact at companies from startups to enterprise — migrating docs platforms to improve analytics, reducing onboarding time with wireframes, and increasing API adoption through better request/response design. Comfortable in cross-functional roles, he partners with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into product improvements and scalable docs. Based in Toronto, he’s equally at home authoring release notes and building sample apps, and often uses AI tooling to streamline content production.
