Summary
🤩
RockstarRaquel Pau is a Senior Product Manager and former engineer with 14 years of experience helping developer teams become dramatically more productive by improving platforms and developer workflows. She has led cross-functional initiatives at VMware Tanzu, CloudBees and Moderne—building teams, shipping a native CLI that analyzed 20,000+ repositories, and driving Jenkins-at-scale and Golden Path efforts to reduce costs and boost developer velocity. Comfortable both hiring and shipping, she blends hands-on technical chops (founder of the Walkmod linting tool and background in Java/Go systems) with product leadership across growth, platform and community ambitions. Based in Barcelona and completing an Executive MBA at ESADE, she pairs strategic business training with deep operational experience in CI/CD, refactoring automation and developer experience. An organizer of workshops and community programs, she often accelerates adoption by simplifying month-long processes to minutes.
