Top SchoolRares Horge is a senior software engineer based in Cluj-Napoca who designs and ships data-intensive, high-performance web and serverless platforms using React, Next.js and Python. He has combined applied research and production engineering to build medical-grade brain-twin simulation and visualization tools that cut payload sizes by 75% and reduced key pipeline runtimes from hours to seconds. At Bitdefender he scaled containerized detection tooling to boost automated malware scanning throughput by ~250% and slashed detection latency, and he now architects agentic AI integrations for enterprise platforms at Accenture. An affiliate professor, he mentors students on algorithms, parallel programming and system optimization, bringing academic rigor to practical engineering problems. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic optimizer who surfaces algorithmic improvements both in-browser (a 10x tensor slicing speedup) and across distributed pipelines.
