Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolRasmus Talioja is a frontend developer with eight years of experience, based in Tartu, Estonia, known for pixel-perfect interfaces and a strong foundation in CSS. He loves TypeScript and Svelte, and has driven frontend architecture and UX consistency on large enterprise SaaS projects, including migrating multirepo setups to a Turborepo monorepo. At Mercans he led i18n and RTL initiatives and implemented colour tokenisation for white-labeling, while helping build a design system in close collaboration with designers. Now at Merit Tarkvara AS, he continues to focus on scalable, maintainable frontends that balance engineering rigor with design excellence. An unexpected strength is his track record of turning complex internationalisation and theming requirements into reusable platform features that accelerate product expansion.
