Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRaul Da Silva is a Software Engineer III based in São Paulo with 7 years of experience building React and React Native applications, currently shaping a white-label portability platform at XP Inc. He started in multimedia and web design, which informs his strong product sensibility and hands-on UI work—evident in projects like a multi-camera streaming and support platform where he redesigned the attendant console to reduce friction. Raul created re-state, a lightweight React state-management library intended to replace Redux and Context API in his projects, reflecting his preference for pragmatic, developer-friendly tooling. He has repeatedly driven full-featured front-end initiatives from prototypes to production (mobile and web), and combines technical ownership with data-informed product decisions. Continually upskilling, he’s pursuing a Front-end Engineering specialization at FIAP on top of degrees in multimedia and systems analysis.
