Top SchoolRaul P is a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist with two decades in technology and over 15 years focused on cyber risk, compliance, secure architecture, and incident response across defense, healthcare, telecom, and enterprise environments. He has led GRC and security engineering for large multi-tenant private cloud programs, aligning controls to NIST, CMMC, ISO, SOC2, FedRAMP, HIPAA and other frameworks while supporting audit readiness and accreditation efforts. Known for translating complex technical risk into actionable executive-level strategy, he has owned access control, threat modeling, and secure SDLC guidance for programs spanning hundreds of projects and thousands of users. Raul blends hands-on network and systems engineering experience (Cisco, VMware, Red Hat) with governance duties, regularly performing code and script reviews to close security gaps.
