Top SchoolRaunak Hajela is a founder-led CTO with 12 years of software engineering experience, currently scaling Blitzit—a productivity app with 10k+ monthly active users and $6k MRR—while advising and leading tech teams at multiple startups including a Techstars-backed company. He combines hands-on full-stack development, TypeScript migrations, and scalable architecture design with product-first delivery: shipping based on real usage, improving onboarding, and keeping weekly measurable progress. Comfortable bridging non-technical founders and engineering teams, he focuses on clarity, accountability, and cost-optimised infrastructure to prevent wasted time and misaligned builds. Equally at home resolving legacy code and shaping UX, Raunak’s founder mindset means he stays deeply involved until users are happy and products gain traction.
