Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRavi Chamarthy is a founding engineer and seasoned engineering executive with 11+ years driving large-scale distributed systems and networking platforms from startups to enterprise at companies like Cisco and AppDynamics. He combines hands-on proficiency in Go, Python, Java, C/C++ and Kubernetes with a track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams to deliver resilient, scalable telecom and application networking solutions. As a repeat founder and senior leader, he bridges product strategy and deep technical execution—shaping architectures that endure in production at scale. Based in California, he brings pragmatic iteration as a philosophy (as he notes on GitHub: "Nothing is perfect, you can only iterate"), favoring continuous improvement over one-off fixes. His background in software systems (M.E) and long tenure across HP, Juniper and multiple startups gives him unusual breadth across protocol-level design to cloud-native deployment.
