Top SchoolRavi Sankar is a tech lead with 12 years of experience building customer-facing financial products from early prototypes to billion-dollar annual originations. Based in San Francisco, he led Stripe Capital from its alpha and helped scale it into a >$1B/year lending engine that demonstrably accelerates SMB growth. His background spans full-stack systems and payments — from automating loan funding at SoFi to building efficient mortgage tooling at Clara using Scala, React, and robust backend services. Ravi combines product-driven engineering with operational rigor, favoring automation that makes financial software genuinely more pleasant to use. An early interest in data integration and UX (from Palantir and Elation) shows through his focus on fast, reliable flows that reduce friction for both users and internal teams.
