Senior🎓
Top SchoolRavi Shankar is a pragmatic engineering leader and Co-Founder with eight years of hands-on experience building automation frameworks, tooling, and product development for networking and video-conferencing systems. He has a strong scripting and systems background—Python, Perl, shell—paired with experience in Selenium, Flask, Django, MongoDB and performance tools like locust.io, which he applied across roles from R&D to Head of Product Development. Ravi's career spans embedded networking test automation (SONET/SDH, Carrier Ethernet) to cloud and web QA automation, showing an unusual blend of low-level protocol testing and modern web tooling. He’s comfortable owning full lifecycle automation—from device-level regression suites and test harnesses to internal management tools and Chrome plugins—demonstrating both product and engineering instincts. Based in Bengaluru with a BE in Computer Science, he brings a disciplined, adaptable approach to fast-moving startups and complex engineering problems.
