Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaymond Gasper is a computational design lead with nine years of experience building data-driven software and teams for drug discovery and scientific computing. He blends a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and hands-on expertise in data engineering, ML pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure to deliver reliable, production-grade tooling for complex biochemical data. At Enko he’s led major architectural shifts—from mono-repo and microservice reorganizations to migrating big-data stacks to Polars and IaC with Kubernetes/Helm/Terraform—while mentoring engineers and stewarding code quality. Prior roles at D&B and Tesla demonstrate his ability to ship ML and ETL systems that drive measurable business impact under strict constraints. Outside work he pairs rigorous problem-solving with hands-on tinkering—rock climbing, captaincy of a softball team, and experimental home baking—bringing persistent curiosity and practical resilience to technical leadership.
